I am self-motivated and a competent employee who demonstrates enthusiasm through my eagerness to develop myself and represent my employer in a positive manner. I work hard to achieve quality outcomes which sometimes means that I have to display flexibility by adapting to different situations. I believe that my skills are transferrable and can be applied to other roles for example my professionalism in customer service which are important for effective communication.

I interact and communicate well through excellent interpersonal skills whilst observing equality and diversity. I have a clear and logical approach to problem solving where I have had to use my own initiative in pressurised environments. Equally I work well as a team member supporting my colleagues to ensure targets are met and tasks are completed, which means I have the ability to mix and work as team so that we can boost the company to do better in order for the company to maintain its efficiency.

Tandoori Chef - The Garlic Indian Takeaway

My role is as a Tandoori chef but when there is short staff then I help out in the front as a waiter and I also take order over the counter and via the phone. I also handle when staff cant manage unhappy customers.
