I am an Operations Manager at a furniture installer/transport company in Mansfield I have gained many skills while being there such as delegating, problem solving, dealing with difficult employees and even getting involved with recruitment. Before my current role I completed a two year apprenticeship at a waste management broker in Business Administration Level 3 while completing this I learned how to manage my time correctly and how to work in a team effectively and to build my confidence as a professional. I also learnt the skill of being able to use my own initiative and find my independence.
My first job was at Asda where I worked my way around many departments and learnt how to adapt and gain confidence in a customer facing role it was here that the passion to be a manager and to make a difference to wherever I work really started I always valued and was very proud of the work I carried out and loved going to work and making our customers happy. I see my future as very bright including managing big teams, creating and implementing new ways of working, learning and developing my skills further, creating a great working environment and doing the very best in my ability for the business I work for.
