In my first year at University in Liverpool, I worked at Liverpool's football stadium coinciding with match days. It enabled me to branch out and meet a diverse range of people but also strengthened my ambition for customer satisfaction and teamwork. My position ranged from providing support to the bar during half time, collecting empty glasses, and maintaining an overall clean, professional environment.
