I actively supported core operations as part of the dynamic pharmacy setting. During my time, I had a variety of responsibilities listing from, accurately dispensing medications, shelving, labelling and managing inventory, ensuring that health and safety regulations were upheld. I learnt how to maintain detailed records and the importance of handling confidential information with discretion.
This experience consolidated my ability to multitask in fast-paced environments and communicate efficiently which facilitated a more streamlined workflow as well as consolidating my ability to work within a team.

I was required to assist in a multitude of activities which ranged from interacting with patients and their loved ones, providing and assisting during meal times in a addition to helping support patients with their personal care and hygiene.

Working with individuals from varied cultural and social backgrounds strengthened my communication and collaborative abilities.
