Worked as an autonomous practitioner to identify problem, make diagnosis and plan an appropriate treatment regimen. I obtained an extensive understanding of patient's priority before making clinical decision of rehabilitation plan by carrying out in-depth consultations. Responsible for pre-operative assessment for surgical procedures for osteoarthritis of knee and ligament injuries and also successfully treated post-operative patients with total knee replacement, hip replacement and arthroscopic procedures for shoulder.

Treated individuals with ligament injuries to regain daily functioning and recreational activities through sports rehabilitation. Primarily involved in patient documentation with SOAP practice (electronically and paper base). Provided regular supervision for junior staff, physio assistant and taught students with power point presentation followed by hands-on practical classes to develop assessment skills and manual therapy skills and also participated in staff appraisal scheme and personal development plan (PDP) as both appraiser and appraise.

Provided discharge summary to patients with explanation/demonstration of prescribed home exercise and follow-up dates. I worked with multidisciplinary teams-surgeons, physicians, nurses, occupational therapist, orthotists & prosthetists, radiologists and pathologists to foster patient recovery with appropriate referral. Managed responsibility of fire safety and cardiopulmonary resuscitation as well.
