• Engage with a diverse range of hospital staff and patients both over the phone and in person daily, addressing and resolving any issues promptly while consistently demonstrating exceptional customer service and strong communication skills.
• Wrote weekly reports and managed client data in Excel, demonstrating attention to detail and proficiency with data management.
• Worked with hospital departments, using scheduling tools to coordinate cross-departmental operations effectively.
• Responded to critical incidents like medical gas and fire alarms, staying calm and using technical systems under pressure.
• Managed reception tasks using hospital IT systems to update patient records, demonstrating technical aptitude in healthcare IT environments.

Sliding Puzzle

Led the design phase for a Sliding Puzzle game for a group project by using DART alongside with JavaScript for web interaction and C++ for performance optimisation. This project was done as partial fulfilment of BTEC Level 30 Credit Extended Diploma in IT.

Website Design

Developed a website for an animal shelter using Adobe Dreamweaver with integrating HTML and CSS to ensure a responsive visual interface. This project was done as partial fulfilment of BTEC Level 2 90 Credit Diploma in IT.
