I am a retail manager with 9 years experience. During my time as retail manager i have developed excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. I personally love to get to know new people and have a passion for helping people. I would bring a happy indvidual who is eager to develop more skills and futher my career.
I have worked in the retail sector for the last 14 years . Always in a supervisor/ managment role. Main duties where organisisng shift , dealing with customer queries and complaints, organising shift, replenshing, stock take and also cash handling.
The most recent qaulification i have is a level 2 in alchol licensing.
