My name is Akmeea Iqbal. I'm a extremely hard worker with strong communication skills and a drive to get things done in a suitable and sufficient way. I'm excited about learning new skills in this working environment.

I am willing to work in a environment that will challenge me to complete any goal that is set out by my employer. Im a very focused person that will put my all into my job as I like doing things in a proper way that meets any requirements a company sets. I'm one to go over and beyond any expectations.

I have exceptional time management skills which i have proven in my previous job roles for example the food store I worked at I was the first there to set the shop up in order for business to run smooth. I have worked under pressure as a teacher/tutor making sure children gained knowledge in their subjects. Pressure had come from the parents and I delivered as a person thats employed I do extra to get things done in a professional manner.

As a teacher I had established positive relationships with students, Parents and the fellow teachers and the school administrators. As a teacher I have used different techniques to assist students with their developments. Examples are collaborative learning, positive reinforcement.

At my job as a school teacher I have set and communicated ground rules for classroom to encourage respect and personal responsibility. I love to learn new things to become better at my job and accepted coaching from fellow teachers and administrators to improve teaching quality. I've never made any student feel different I have always treated everyone the same including the way children learn.

I have created different school plans for each individual student so that they learn at the same rate. I also had monitored progress through classwork, coursework and project marking to provide extra support for struggling students. I feel these skills and experience would be great at this workplace as I have a positive mindset everyday to work hard.
