I am a dedicated and compassionate Young Person's Resilience Worker with extensive experience supporting young people, adults, and families affected by substance misuse, mental health difficulties, safeguarding concerns, and complex needs. I have experience in trauma-informed and person-centred practice, psychosocial interventions, harm reduction, relapse prevention, safeguarding, and multi-agency working. I currently support young people aged 11–18, including those affected by substance misuse, CSE, CCE and provide hidden harm.

• Identify safeguarding concerns and work with social care, schools, families, and other professionals.
