Pizza Chef at Little Creatures (2026-02 – 2026-08)

This was my first job in Australia. Very much enjoyed my time here, learned a lot about new systems of working in a fast paced environment.

Bar Staff at Achnagairn Estate (2025-08 – 2025-12)

Worked here throughout their busy wedding season, and developed my bar skills nicely. Became confident with different cocktails and enjoyed my time working in a 5-star setting.

Camp Manager at Al's Camp (2025-01 – 2025-07)

Being in charge of a safari camp in rural Botswana presented a unique set of challenges. I had to balance stocks, staff, and expectations. It was a steep learning curve, which I enjoyed greatly. Hosting people from around the world.

Second Chef at Frank's (2023-04 – 2024-12)

Leading an extremely busy 'Dark Kitchen' has been a challenge for me and one where I've greatly improved my organisational and people management skills. Our Pepperoni Pizza is the 16th most ordered item from Deliveroo worldwide.

Owner/Manager at The Box (2020-07 – 2022-06)

During Covid-19 I started a mobile pizzeria at home near Inverness, I set up 3 times a week, and did private and corporate events. It was a converted horsebox trailer. Sold in summer 2022.
