I have been working within the vehicle finance industry a few years and I have worked in the different departments from customer services to sales and complaints. Together, I believe I have a great knowledge of how the customers journey begins and how it ends up in the complaints department. I believe having knowledge in the sales process from start to finish helps me understand and be able to quickly find resolutions with complaints as I can see where the issue may be, and have sharpened my knowledge around the consumers rights act 2015 as a result of this.
I also enjoy learning new things, and have a drive to not sit on new knowledge but to strive to continue learning and understanding the industry I am and to thrive.
My personally experience includes case handling at carfinance247, in which we work with Lenders such as Oodle, and I believe its a similar role, although different as of regulations. oodles is a step up, but my professional experience places me hand in hand to perfectly fit in other roles at case handling vehicle complaints.
My highest level of educations is a BA honours degree In History at Manchester metropolitan university. this degree specialises in research skills and literacy skills in which I believe are key in roles such as care handling as professionalism in writing up final responses, as well as accuracy in writing texts and notes are key in a regulated field.
