Project 1: Concept development of cab interior trims for Bombardier Transportation Roles & Responsibilities:

 Involved in new product development activities from concept generation through detail engineering using CATIA V5.

Project: Production support for Bombardier Transportation Derby Roles & Responsibilities:

 Address Design Investigation Query Report (DIQR), Respond Problem Notification (PN), Respond to Concession and implement design changes.

 Worked on various zones like Standbacks, Inter End Trim Panels, Ceiling Panels, Sidewall trims, Underframe and cab back wall.

 Co-ordinate with customer & off shore team to ensure all the relevant information is transferred.

 Worked on development of automotive Injection moulded GRP air inlet manifold and injection moulded filter housing.

 Prepared manufacturing drawings by following GD&T and customer standards.

 Created digital mockup and performed fit, clash & Clearance analysis.

 Created fully parametric solid body with the help of reference model and surrounding data using CATIA V5.

 Performed hand calculations and liaised with FEA, Tooling, Purchase and Production teams to create a robust design.

Project: 3D and 2D development of automotive parts for Mahindra & Mahindra

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Worked on class A surface modelling of door trims using CATIA V5.

 Performed reverse engineering 3d modelling of crank shaft and crankcase from unparaetric dump file given in STEP file.

 Performed solid modelling with inputs provided by customer in the form of TIFF images with modifications mentioned in notes.

 Prepared 3D and 2D various parts like pitman arm, Tie rod arm, Steering arm as per customer requirement.
