I have experience in managerial roles in customer service, however, my true passion has always been in IT and I am naturally inclined to work with computers and technology. I am looking forward to establishing a career in the IT industry where I can prove myself as an asset.
I have excellent customer service, communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. Which I got from my managerial experience and recently finished Cyber Security Bootcamp where I had a chance to put my knowledge into practice.
To build upon my skills, I recently graduated from an IT Technician Traineeship specialising in troubleshooting hardware and software issues through a series of courses from CompTIA, Microsoft, and Cisco, practical work and official certifications. I study BSc Cyber Security at The Open University which is online studies.
