- Operate vehicle in compliance with road traffic laws and company policies
- Ensure passenger and property safety throughout each journey
- Comply with dispatch instructions from supervisors or operations coordinators
- Communicate politely and respectfully with customers during trips
- Handle any arising issues or incidents professionally and in accordance with company procedures
- Perform pre- and post-shift vehicle checks in accordance with company checklist
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure tidy and presentable condition at all times
- Promptly report any technical issues, collisions, or accidents to supervisor
- Complete minimum of ten (10) trips per day with Average Order Value >= 150 PHP
