During my work experience at St. Barnabas and St. Paul's Primary School, I focused on supporting Year 5 classroom activities. My responsibilities included assisting the teacher with lesson delivery, providing targeted support to students, and helping to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
Building on my previous experience at a nursery, I was able to apply my understanding of child development to support students' learning and well-being. I also assisted with organising classroom resources and preparing materials for lessons. This placement has further solidified my interest in working with children, and I am currently undertaking this work experience while actively seeking a full-time position.
