As a receptionist at R .A logistic service ltd. My duties entail me to when receive phone calls and forward important messages. My role also requires me to deal with customers face to face. Alongside this, I also deal with customer complaints. As a team player I also supported staff to ensure that deliveries were being packed and shipped in a timely manner. The diverse nature of this role allowed me to learn time management and focus on my inter personal skills.
