I have over 10 years experience as a PA at Senior Executive level. I have built a reputation for displaying professionalism and very high levels of integrity. I have excellent organisation skills, extensive office operations and personnel organisation expertise. I have also gained a Level 3 qualification in Human Resources and most recently I am employed as a Practice Manager.
I constantly strive to improve operational procedures and pride myself on consistently producing error free projects and documents. I am an adept problem solver and work well under pressure. I have a high standard of computer literacy and am very comfortable with the entire Microsoft Office suite. I have used Excel to develop a 'to do' system which has proved itself to be an invaluable tool for ensuring all tasks/projects are completed without error or omission. I have also devised a corporate travel checklist to make the logistical challenge of international travel planning and management less overwhelming and to diminish any risk of error.
