I am doing my work experience at donwell care home alongside my college course. Each day I work alongside activities co ordinator and I help and assist them with feeding residents who have dementia and other needs. I also work with all areas of the care home sector with a range of different residents with dementia and other individual needs. I help engage with residents in day to day activites and assist them when needed I enjoy making the residents smile each day.
