I delivered exceptional customer service by greeting and serving each customer in a friendly manner, prioritising the customers' needs and restaurant expectations. On a day to day I took orders, served food and made drinks with professionalism and skill and communicated with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure everything ran smoothly. I also answered the phone and used the till to put through restaurant and delivery orders.

Occasionally, I was trusted to be left in charge and overlook other waiting staff, furthermore I was mentor to new members of staff that joined our team showing them how to answer the phone, use the till, build report with customers and create good first impressions. I was also lead waitress for any big bookings like parties or work dues. Lastly, I undertook any administrative duties including money handling as and when needed by my manageress.

I thoroughly enjoyed this job as it helped me grow as a character and gave me great experience in customer service and many other areas.
