Alessandro is a specialist in the integration and organisational change of businesses with 10+ years of experience in the sectors of energy and technology in multi-$M projects with ambiguity and complex ERP and lifecycle. He has international experience with clients like NPCC and ADNOC in the Middle East, Subsea 7 and Bibby Offshore in the UK, Saipem and Agip KCO in Europe and Eurasia.

Alessandro’s areas of expertise include business integration and reorganisation, market entry and expansion, change and transformation management. He is data driven and his solutions are supported by quantitative & qualitative data insight analysis through CRISP-DM tools and market intelligence through predictive techniques, forecasting analysis and machine learning.
Recently, Alessandro successfully completed the post-acquisition integration of Stanley Oil & Gas (and its subsidiaries CRC Evans, PIH, Stanley Inspection, Microalloying) from Stanley Black & Decker for Pipeline Technique (now CRC Evans, part of Bluewater), reporting directly to the CEO and dealing with Board, Executive and Leadership Teams. Among other day-to-day tasks, he keeps on track the fast-paced workstreams (e.g. IT, HR, Payroll & Benefits, Tax, Treasury…), organises and coordinates functional calls between internal & external parties (PwC), manages TSA and ESA.
Also, he is managing the rebranding exercises.
