I am an individual seeking a part-time or full-time role that will allow me to apply my knowledge gained from my studies as well as my additional experience. I am an individual that is always keen to learn new things and help others whilst working as part of a team as this leads to a healthy and successful work environment. I am often told that I am a bubbly and friendly person who is determined and hardworking.

I have incredible work ethic and make sure all tasks are done to an exceptional standard. I am looking for work in any field and sector to allow me to grow my career and gain more new transferable skills.

Arrest Referral Worker - CARS West Midlands at Cranstoun (2026-01 – Present)

At Cranstoun my role is to support people who are suffering with drug and alcohol issues in police custody. I conduct assessments upon a positive drug test result and provide relevant harm reduction advice and forward any referrals into treatment services whilst completing risk assessments. I am able to work in a fast pace environment and take on challenges. I am also able to liaise with offenders who can be vulnerable at times.

Service Delivery Volunteer at Victim Support (2025-01 – 2026-12)

My placement at Victim support consists of having regular contact with victims of a crime. My role is to listen and aid users by providing support and if needed contact other agencies to escalate concerns and focus the well-being of victims ensuring they are well supported. In this role I have been faced with challenging people but my skills and training from this job and other experiences has helped me navigate issues and resolve them appropriately.

Sales Advisor & Supervisor at Hotel Chocolat (2024-01 – 2026-12)

My work placement at Hotel Chocolat consisted of working on tills, stock check, stock replenishes, handwritten replenishes and working on café. During these my face-to-face customer service skills strengthened as well as advisory skills and communication. Teamwork was a major also played a major part and I both complied as a team leader and team player, and often working in a fast-paced environment.

I also completed administrative roles such as emails and ordering stock, and some managerial roles such as cashing up.

Youth Worker at Hamstead Hall Academy (2022-01 – 2022-12)

My placement here consisted of working with children and young people. I was tasked with providing well-being support and mentoring as well as setting up activities and conducting activities. This was a summer program so my time here was limited but valuable.

Shop Assistant & Supervisor at Longford Fish Bar (2019-01 – 2022-12)

My placement at Longford Fish Bar enabled me to gain many transferable skills that can be applied to future job roles. I developed excellent customer service skills and communication skills. My primary roles included serving customers, preparing food orders, completing Just Eat orders, cleaning and re-filling stock. I also controlled social media platforms whilst working here.
