Establishing first self-service SaaS product - Feefo Shopify Reviews App; full automated onboarding and payment. Reducing average Shopify customer onboarding time from 4 days to <2 minutes.

Optimised review collection journey. A/B tested CTAs for review email to questionnaire. Led to 35% increase in CTR. This optimisation resulted in a 9% response rate, nearly triple the industry average.
Responsible for onboarding training 50+ new employees on Reevoo’s products, vision and ethics.
Led development of Reevoo Launch product - a program that allows selected and trusted reviewers to receive free/discounted products in exchange for writing an honest/unbiased review. This new product generated 8% of the company’s annual revenue.
Created pricing strategy and model, redesigned dynamic pricing engine for Sales and Account Management to price clients and prospects - this resulted in a reduction of “loss reason = price” by 40%.
