I am an experienced hospitality professional with over eight years in the industry, currently working as a Bar Shift Leader with responsibility for supervising teams and delivering a high standard of customer service in a busy environment. I have recently completed an MSc at the University of Glasgow and am looking to spend the coming year living and working in the Highlands before beginning a PhD next autumn.
