In my recent role I devised and rolled out inclusive recruitment training for hiring managers, was co-chair of the Disability Steering Group, devised an end-to-end internal SLA geared to reduce time to hire, and participated in the violence against women, and anti-slavery projects.

As a Head of Talent Acquisition, I oversee a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that addresses both immediate recruitment needs and long-term company objectives. My responsibilities include establishing effective sourcing and lead generation methods, enhancing resourcing processes for efficiency, and providing recruitment training to Hiring Managers. I am a champion for inclusive recruitment initiatives, working collaboratively with leadership and operational teams to ensure a strong social media presence in talent pools.

Additionally, I use data analysis to inform hiring decisions and have achieved notable accomplishments in the field, such as co-chairing the Disability Network and delivering specialised inclusive recruitment training. I have also spearheaded projects with high-profile clients like Wimbledon, Santander, Google, and an internal agency reduction project focussed on leveraging internal recruitment functions.
