Spending a large majority of my life in competitive sport I have used my knowledge of sporting performance and a competitive environment to venture down the route of Sport and Exercise Therapy.
I graduated with a first class degree (Hons) from York St John university, as well as obtaining a diploma with FIFA in sports medicine, my Myofascial Cupping and Kinesiology Taping qualifications, and have completed a plethora of courses enhancing my knowledge in sports performance, injury rehab and prevention.
My professional career started working as an Assistant Physiotherapist for GTFA in the SCL Youth Development League, before moving on to working alongside many talented Sports Therapists in a well respected clinic, where I have been based for two years and promoted to a Team Leader position.
I have been working in a private injury clinic for the past two years, where I have treated a wide range of clients, all with different injuries, lifestyles and abilities.
Prior to this I have worked on pitch side in grassroots football and gained much experience by shadowing multiple professionals from different medical backgrounds.
In 2022 I achieved a first class degree in Sport and Exercise Therapy from York St John university. Alongside this I have completed many hands on courses, including my FIFA diploma of sports medicine, Level 2 Myofascial Cupping and Orthotics prescribing qualifications.
