I am a friendly and outgoing person with a passion for customer based work and linguistics. My studies and previous work experience have been in the area of customer based service work, and I am currently looking to expand my work experience and customer service skills. I have excellent communication skills which have enabled me to build strong relationships with both colleagues and customers.
