At British Gas I worked as dispatcher, coordinating between teams managing engineers workloads and prioritising emergency calls, I worked along a team of other dispatchers and engineers, I used different Microsoft softwares logins customer queries, and booking appointments.

My main roles included making the shop run smoothly and making sure everyone knew what tasks they had to complete for the day.

• Opening and locking up the shop in the mornings and at evening while also doing the banking for the shop making sure the money was deposited and the tills were correct
• Creating rotas for the shop and making sure everyone had the correct hours and all shifts were covered by members of the team
