An accomplished and high-achieving IT professional with over 15 years experience, working as a Senior Software Engineer. Proven knowledge of Quadient and DOC1 development complemented with experience of working within an Agile environment using JIRA and Trello management tools.

Having previously worked as a Board-level PA, excellent communication, development and analytical skills, with a proven ability to seize opportunities, whilst building long-lasting trust and mutual respect at all levels.

I have been involved in several major projects over the last few years, creating documents for an on-line only insurance proposition and transposing documents from DOC1 to Quadient. Working in the Insurance industry for the last 20 years I became an SME and trusted colleague to the Product, Legal and Compliance teams and was involved in Inceptions, design architecture, quality assurance, sizing of stories, audits and future work preparation along with Root cause Analysis. I am familiar with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and the use of Jira and Trello tools.

I have never stopped learning, which I believe is one of the best things about being a software engineer. Initially I trained in RPG coding language, then went on to diversify initially into DOC1 followed by Quadient languages. These played into my previous PA roles where a good command of English, networking abilities and an attention to detail were paramount. I am currently studying Full Stack Engineering and Greek in my spare time.
