on expertise in Journey Builder, automation, segmentation, advanced personalisation,
and Cloud Pages. I have extensive experience using Cloud Pages for lead capture and lead passing, alongside SQL-driven data extensions to support scalable, multi-channel automation. Alongside this, I have used HubSpot frequently to run my own business,
giving me practical, end-to-end experience of CRM strategy, campaign execution,
reporting, and optimisation from an operator’s perspective.
My career has focused on optimising communications across email, SMS, and push to ensure seamless, data-driven multi-channel delivery. I have led CRM initiatives across international teams and worked closely with product owners, marketers, and copywriters to deliver robust, well-governed automation solutions.
