I am a young (22YO) enthusiastic worker who is motivated by personal growth and development to help me progress in my career. Since leaving school I have mainly worked in the transportation industry.
Door Supervisor at Security Scotland (2022-07 – 2023-01)
I joined Security Scotland as a Safety Steward and later progressed and achieved my SIA license, which allows me to work within licensed venues such as Bars and Nightclubs. I also worked at a number of high-profile football matches such as Rangers V Celtic at Ibrox Stadium. My duties included random body searching, crowd management and working as a team to maintain public order.
Bus Driver at First Bus Glasgow (2023-02 – 2023-07)
From February 2023 I began training to become a Bus Driver with First Bus Glasgow. Upon completion of the theoretical and Practical examinations, I then began supervised learning of various routes across the network.
Bus Driver at Stagecoach Glasgow (2023-07 – 2026-04)
I then joined Stagecoach in the summer of 2023 where similarly to First I done various courses which has allowed me to drive a number of bus type and more recently coaches for their joint venture with Scottish Citylink.
