I am a recent graduate from the University of Reading with a high 2:1 in BSc Real Estate Development and Planning (RICS-accredited), supported by practical experience across property development, investment, and management. Alongside my degree, I have completed the APM Project Management Fundamentals qualification, reflecting my proactive approach to professional growth. I am eager to begin my career in real estate with a forward-thinking organisation where I can apply my analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and work towards achieving MRICS accreditation.
I have gained hands-on experience across the real estate lifecycle through internships and project roles with organisations including Central Suites Development, Cushman & Wakefield, Pigeon, and Google. My work has covered areas such as property development, investment analysis, procurement, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
Suites, I supported delivery of £3m+ renovation projects, negotiating contractor savings of up to 12%. Exposure to the £1bn Google HQ development deepened my understanding of large-scale construction coordination and sustainable design. I have also volunteered for PropTech Connect, Europe’s largest real estate technology conference, enhancing my awareness of innovations shaping the built environment.
