I am a friendly, approachable and reliable healthcare professional with experience in both nursing and healthcare administration. I enjoy building positive relationships with patients whilst providing a high standard of care, and helping services run smoothly behind the scenes. In my current self-employed role within an integrated medicine clinic, I support the day to day running of the clinic by welcoming patients, managing appointments and diaries, processing payments, coordinating with practitioners, and ensuring patients have a positive experience throughout their journey.
Alongside my administrative responsibilities, I also use my nursing skills to provide phlebotomy, vitamin injections, and develop an intravenous vitamin infusion service, while supporting CQC compliance and clinical governance. I am looking for a new opportunity where I can use both my clinical knowledge and organisational skills to make a positive difference. I take pride in being compassionate, organised and proactive, and I enjoy working as part of a team where I can continue learning, growing whilst delivering high-quality patient care and excellent service.
