Review, analyze, and refine instructional materials, scholarly writing, and educational assessments against rigorous quality standards. Produce ongoing scholarly writing through an independent publication with 220+ subscribers, translating complex research into accessible analysis for educators, psychologists, and advocates. Designed and documented the organization's special education Standard Operating Procedures and schoolwide intervention framework, creating structured guidelines where none previously existed. Reviewed and quality-assessed approximately 20 individualized intervention plans, analyzing student data to ensure accuracy, evidence-based recommendations, and policy adherence. Translated complex data into clear, actionable written reports for multidisciplinary teams and families.

Reviewed and quality-assured approximately 855 comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation reports and IEPs over a 6-year period, applying structured rubrics to assess factual accuracy, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based recommendations. Applied consistent review standards across a high-volume caseload of 85–150 concurrent cases annually. Provided clear written reasoning in evaluation reports and consultation notes, naming specific policies, data points, and workflows that informed each recommendation.
