Have full responsibility for end-to-end operations including sourcing, cleaning, photographing and editing, listing inventory, and fulfillment, for the entire ‘Pre-loved’ section within the business.

Oversee online order fulfillment and warehouse management, ensuring the fulfillment and customer service teams maintain effective and consistent communication.

Oversaw daily store operations, including team member briefing and task delegation, opening and closing procedures, and cash management.
Ensured all online orders had been processed, packed and dispatched on a daily basis.
In conjunction with the Head of Operations, ensured all customer communication was dealt with promptly and effectively.
Held weekly management meetings with CEO and Head of Operations to assess current market conditions, set targets, and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Solely responsible for the processing of all ‘Pre-loved’ footwear on the website and in-store.
