I am graduated in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) field and looking for to use the previous knowledge in professional settings and also enhance my hands-on experience. In the below list, there are some topics that I work on them particularly:
During my professional and academic background, I have developed a strong foundation in GIS principles and spatial data management. I regularly work with ArcGIS Pro, QGIS and ERDAS Imagine for spatial analysis, cartographic production and data visualisation, and familiar with managing and querying spatial and relational databases using SQL.
My dissertation focuses on land-cover change analysis and green-space dynamics in Portsmouth(1870-2025), which has strengthened my skills in handling multi-source datasets such USGS, Ordnance Survey, Digimap and Google Earth, ensuring data quality, and producing clear, meaningful outputs including maps and reports.
There are also other projects that I worked with spatial data to provide a solution for real world issues such as Assessing best route for Broadway gas pipeline, Lynx habitat suitability modelling, Helicopter landing zone, Iraqi marshes land cover changes, Finding nature-based solution for Medway catchment flooding zone, Monitoring coastal line changes in West Wittering and Assessing vegetation land cover changes in Iraqi marshes.
