I worked as a Sales Assistant, providing friendly and professional customer service to customers looking to purchase electrical items and white goods. My responsibilities included assisting customers on the shop floor, answering questions, understanding their requirements and helping them choose suitable products. I maintained a positive and welcoming approach when dealing with customers, which helped build good relationships and contributed to achieving sales targets.

I was also responsible for advertising and listing products for sale on social media, responding to customer enquiries and providing information about available products. In addition, I assisted with deliveries by unloading stock from delivery vehicles and checking items carefully for any signs of damage before they were placed into storage or made available for sale. This role required good communication, organisation, teamwork and attention to detail.
