In my previous role at nandos, I perfected my skills in customer interaction, problem-solving, and catering to customers needs&expectations . I consistently achieved high customer satisfaction ratings due to my ability to listen attentively to customer needs, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide personalized service. One of my key achievements was working quickly but satisfactory to suit the customers expectations which resulted in positive results, e.g., increased sales, improved customer retention.

I thrive in fast-paced environments and am adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
