Worked as a seasonal Children's Entertainer at Dobbies Santa's Grotto, creating a fun and welcoming experience for children of all ages and abilities. Assisted with organising and distributing presents, greeted families, and ensured the smooth running of the grotto experience. Operated the till, checked in customers, verified pre-booked purchases, and processed transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.

As part of my work experience, I performed as an actor in a short horror film produced by a media student. The role required me to portray a character filming parts of the story, which meant I also operated the camera during several scenes to create a realistic first-person perspective. This experience allowed me to develop my acting skills while gaining an understanding of camera work, shot composition, and the filmmaking process.

Working closely with the production team helped strengthen my communication, teamwork, adaptability, and ability to take direction in a professional creative environment.
