Im Alicia bates, I am 16 years old and have completed my GCSE's. My ability to accept feedback makes me well-suited to piloting a new approach or trying tasks I haven't done before, I am comfortable taking on repetitive tasks without becoming bored or distracted and I have an energetic approach to my work therefore I am also able to take on projects that require a heightened level of activity and attention.
