About

I'm a bright, confident, independent young woman. I pride myself on my commitment to any task, where I ensure timely and accurate completion. I received frequent awards in lessons at school for my hard work and commitment.

I received the award for best student in the year for Business Studies 2026 and the same in Hospitality and Catering in 2025. I also received most improved pupil following my voluntarily undertaking of an additional GCSE, my commitment over the last 2 years at school to independent work and revision, and my predicted grades subsequently rising, which I then attained. This highlights how hardworking I am and strive to be the best in all I do.

My attendance and punctuality are also fantastic. I have also just completed my NPLQ qualification and become a Lifeguard and Pool Supervisor. I am due to do my PPO at the end of October. I work great as an individual but also value being part of a team, where I can work as a member or leader, as demonstrated in my current role.

I love to learn new skills, I listen well, follow instruction, learn from others as well as continual training and feel I would be an asset to any work place, where I would not only provide excellent customer service, I would also demonstrate a high level of Health & Safety compliance too.

Experience

Lifeguard / Pool Supervisor at Lyons Holiday Parks (2026-04 – Present)

I currently work as a Lifeguard at Lyons Holiday Parks exploring all of the different sites and gaining a lot of knowledge about the leisure/ lifeguarding industry. After a month of work I was introduced to pool plant rooms and taught how to properly use them. I have since performed backwashes, dosed pools with chemicals, done pool tests etc.

I have also been introduced to the activities area and been taught how to run go karts in that sector. During this time I have performed multiple first aids and they have always been handled with skill, care and dignity. My role is customer facing and I thrive on ensuring that out customers experience is both safe and enjoyable.

Work Experience (2025-10 – 2025-10)

In October 2025 I completed Work Experience for a local solicitors firm, where I attended Llandudno Magistrates Court. Within this I had access to and heard lots of confidential information which I am completely respectful of and shows an element my maturity, as does my display of professionalism in the court environment. The solicitors fed back that they very impressed with me and offered for me to return at any point I require in the future.

Long term I wish to pursue a career in Corporate law.

Lifeguard at Lyons Holiday Parks (2026-03 – 2026-03)

In March this year I completed my NPLQ qualification and became a lifeguard in April. I quickly learnt the required skills and took on a pool supervisor role also, both working as a team but also on my own at some resorts. I work daily face to face with customers, where I really enjoy not only keeping them safe, but creating a nice rapport do that they have the best experience.

Stock Assistant at B&M Runbridge (2022)

I have assisted in stock takes in multiple B&M stores to help out while my dad was managing them up to 2022.
