I believe that my willingness, drive and motivation to achieve my fullest potential render me as a highly ambitious individual who strives to perform exceptionally. I regularly take part in sports activities such as badminton and basketball. They have taught me skills that will be valuable assets in my learning such as working well under pressure, communicating openly with a team, focusing for long periods of time and problem-solving.
These skills will not only aid me in future potential studies but also my prospective career. I find working in collaboration beneficial as I myself am able to develop and adapt my character, hence making it a rewarding relationship.

As part of my DofE course, I aided Sedgley Street Gurdwara as part of a community service, taking on tasks in a kitchen environment (making chapati, washing dishes etc.), cleaning cloakroom areas, helping elderly individuals which helped me widen my communicating skills. As a whole, it made heightened my abilities to work in a religiously modest environment and explore many cultures.
Assistant and Receptionist - KAMAL'S HAIR AND BEAUTY
I helped out my mother in her beauty business from a young age for around two-three years. This included customer care which included making tea and arranging snack whilst they waited, appointment arrangements and bookings, taking payments, and handling situations in busy moments. This built my ability to communicate effectively and have confidence to voice customer needs and maintain a coherent environment when under stress.
