As a Retail Sales Assistant within K-beauty, I have developed strong expertise in skincare and beauty product knowledge, enabling me to confidently advise customers and recommend tailored solutions to meet their skincare and beauty needs. With this shop having over 60 brands and 2000 products, I am a quick, yet detailed learner and I am willing to put effort to understanding what a role entails and how to gain achievements within that role. I have also gained valuable skills in visual merchandising, ensuring displays are engaging, well-organised, and aligned with the store's standards to drive sales and customer interest.
This also demonstrates my key enthusiasm in making products presentable for customers and eye-catching for their attention, which is useful for a customer-focused career in marketing. Through this experience, I have built strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities while thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role required me to come into frequent contact with senior teachers and higher levels of authority such as headteachers and deputy head teachers. It has improved my leadership skills as it enables me to take charge of a team and present my ideas. It has also improved my communication skills and further enhanced my motivation to create beneficial outcomes for members of my school community.
Moreover, the senior prefect role often requires me to converse with parents and members of the public through my continous helping hand within whole-school events and charity events, thus, showing my skill within communication and serving the needs of the public.
