At Deen Box, I helped plan and coordinate weddings and special events, handling every detail with care and attention. My responsibilities included working with clients to understand their vision, liaising with vendors, managing event setups, and providing on-site assistance at events to provide a seamless experience. I developed great organisational and communication skills, and functioned effectively under pressure while being calm and professional in my demeanour.
This role allowed me to be creative and work on events to remember along with continuing to develop my ability to multitask and work in a successful team.

Working as a JD Sports Sales Assistant, I offered exceptional customer service within a high-pressure store environment, from product advice to sizing and fashion guidance in an attempt to provide the best store experience. While working at RAC as a Call Advisor, my role included answering calls from customers who had been involved in a breakdown, these customers were typically stressed and it was essential that I remained calm, friendly, and above all professional. It was my priority to listen to what the customer was worried about, ask the right questions to receive the relevant information, and then advise them on next steps so that the customer felt informed about what would happen next. In a brief period of time, I learned how to put people's minds at ease, and manage urgent calls effectively and doing this under pressure.
This experience has not only made me more of a confident communicator, it has also further demonstrated to me that patience, accuracy, and efficiency are valuable skill sets when working in fast-paced circumstances.
Work Experience - Click 4 Pharmacy
During my time at click 4 pharmacy I gained valuable hands-on experience in processing prescriptions and preparing medication packaging, including blister packs to support patient adherence; this involved careful attention to detail to ensure each pack was correctly assembled and labeled. I developed a strong understanding of pharmacy workflows and prescriptions handling within a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, I played a key role in managing patient phone enquiries, handling each calls professionally, and to provide clear updates on prescriptions status addressing any concerns or questions they had which helped to build trust and confidence in the pharmacy services.
Also supported the ordering and organisation of medication stock, contributing to the efficient day- to- day running of the pharmacy while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
