I am a mature woman, after raising my children and gaining a BA and MA in English literature, i have decided to return to the workforce. I have a background in care work and also have a PTTL’s level 5 teaching qualification.
I worked from 1995-2003 in various care facilities and nursing agencies. Duties included basic care needs for elderly and mentally disabled patients in homes and hospitals.
I left school in 1992 with various GCSEs including math, English and science, from 1992-1994 I undertook a youth training scheme in social care at Cheshire college.
Furthermore, I took a “preparing to teach” course and gain a PTTLs level 5 qualification.
In 2020 - 2024 I attended Wolverhampton University and gained a first class undergraduate degree in English Literature and a 2:1 postgraduate masters degree also in English Literature.
