I am a very friendly and enthusiastic individual, who ensures that clients and customers receive the best customer service and satisfaction. In my past role as a sales assistant, I strived to achieve the best results daily, ensuring that my day-to-day tasks of greeting and serving customers, assisting with queries, replenishing stock and keeping the store tidy were completed to the highest standards. I am a fantastic people person, with great communication and listening skills, therefore, I am able to successfully assist customers with any requirements or requests they may have.

My role as a retail assistant at Stylish Collections was extremely rewarding yet challenging. I worked on the shop floor ensuring customer's needs were being met, providing product information and advice. I also ensured that the layout of the store was neat and tidy, I would do this by arranging products in an orderly manner as well as serving customers at the till, informing them of upcoming offers, membership and handling returns.

I occasionally processed deliveries and distributed products throughout the store using my own initiative. During busy periods, I was able to keep a calm and reassuring manner, putting good customer service first.

The role of this job is to vaccinate the general public and ensure they are protected from the flu and the many variants of coronavirus. My job requires me to work very closely with many lead nurses, band 2 healthcare support workers and band 3 support workers to ensure the vaccination clinics are run smoothly. My job requires me to carry out vaccinations efficiently and professionally.

I ensure the queues are not too long by working as efficiently as possible. I make sure to speak to all patients just so they are able to discuss their concerns or queries for both vaccinations, I give the best advice for them, and guide them on the after care, after the vaccine.
