Through many years in retail, hospitality and customer care and relations I have built up an array of personal and professional skills I can use to help and relate to people. I love music, both listening to and performing music therefore I am comfortable in front of crowds.
I have spent almost 25 years in customer service and relations. From helpdesks at supermarkets to speaking to buyers and merchandisers for companies such as John Lewis/Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and Boots/Walgreens. Through those years I have resolved issues, handled complaints and built up relationships with clients and customers, forming a trust that lasts.
I improved those skills while also learning roles in retail management, from shelf stacking to organising rotas and managing staff when needed. I also have skills in warehouse and stock management.
