With over 20+ years’ experience in head/director positions, I have learnt that effective leadership is key to success, demonstrated by achieving Fellow Membership of the Institute of Risk & Safety Management and becoming a Chartered professional with IOSH, with 20+ years of experience on various construction, utility, aviation, data centres, Hospital upgrade programmes forward and theatre refurbishments, complex utility with military grade fibre optic data cabling protection and location.

Skilled at leading health, safety & environmental professionals and liaising with management at all levels. A strong HSE background in civils, RC frames, timber frame and modular construction, utilities, builders work, heavy construction, heavy earth works, motor trade industries, road & rail infrastructure ensures the provision of practical application and sound strategic advice, which is integrated with and supportive of business objectives and direction, As such, I have been able to raise the level of safety and environmental performance for employers and employees, reduce injuries, lower accident frequency rates and assist sub-contractors and clients alike dedicated to lowering risks, as well as liaisons with the companies insurance company to lower premiums.

In my current post, I have developed my career such that I am responsible for the UK wide Management of Quality, Environment, Safety and Health systems alongside operating units in Sweden, Norway & Finland.
