I would describe myself as a hard working person who thrives at the chance of a challenge at work. I always like to work quickly but accurately so I can complete tasks in a professional and efficient manner. During my time with this employability training provider I was able to develop a number of skill aimed at preparing me for employment. The stage three employability fund program combined the learning of employability skill with regular fitness activities which was thoroughly enjoyable. I developed skill such as communication, routine, leadership and team working.
In addition to this I also completed two qualifications with this training provider; Employability award and wellbeing award. These were both level 4 qualifications.
