I currently work as an experienced customer service advisor for a utility company, with training in multiple systems and multi-skilled (telephone, correspondence, sapphire, billing, webchat).

Previous Experience:

• Accounts Payable trainee - processed invoices, acted as administrator for the banking system, navigated SAP, journaling. 

I also hold the Prince2 practitioner qualification and I'm currently studying towards the BCS Business Analysis Practice qualification.
