I studied a level 3 Digital Art, Design and Communications course at Nescot for two years. I developed many skills over these two years, including time management, communication and teamwork. I have worked in competitions with companies such as Amazon and Land Rover, helping me understand how to work under pressure and in busy environments.

I love to work in busier and more active environments, doing what I can to help others. I would say i'm able to keep my focus and stay calm under pressure and in stressful situations. I love to learn new skills and develop my own and enjoy meeting new people and making customers feel welcome and valued.

Instructor and Party Host at Family Fun Zone (2024-07 – Present)

I work as an axe throwing, archery, laser tag, and airsoft instructor for "Family Fun Zone" in Sutton. I teach customers how to safely use the equipment and ensure their safety throughout the time they are here. I also host parties and help support families and groups of different ages and sizes.

I have worked with a variety of different people and enjoy making conversation and ensuring customers have a friendly and welcoming environment to come into. I definitely think my time working here has developed my customer service greatly, and has helped me with communication, teamwork, independent work, organisation, and more. I also have experience working in our cafe serving food and drink.

I restock the fridge and shelves, check the dates on the food, recommend different products, and keep the area clean and organised.
